We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be obtained prior the Customer prior to returning any merchandise to WJ Holdings, Inc.  Please call 866.587.5327 to request an RMA#.  Any returns received without an RMA# will not be processed.

All returned product must be shipped back with all tags and extra buttons attached. Products returned with stains, tears, smoke smell/damage, or other damage to the jacket, material or buttons will not be accepted , refunded or exchanged.
